职责描述:
1.按照公司制度要求,协助上级完成商铺交付事宜;
2.负责协调租户装修相关协调工作;
3. 按公司要求,对商户员工现场管理规范培训,同时对租户进行监管、指导和考核等工作;
4. 处理租户各类申请、来电投诉、咨询及报修。
任职资格:
1、大专以上学历,具有五年以上商业地产项目或高档百货租户协调及管理经验;
2、沟通能力较强,具有良好的团队精神及责任心;
3、具有基本的文件管理经验,能熟练使用各种办公软件(word、e_cel、ppt)。

职位描述:
岗位职责:
1. 监督项目流程执行进度情况,定期总结项目数据、进度汇总并及时向负责人反馈汇报;
2. 负责项目成本预算及执行过程的控制管理,定期进行数据分析汇报
3. 协助项目经理立项、整理各种数据文档以及表格,编制与审核合同
4. 负责项目下的其它内勤工作;
职位要求:
1. 全日制本科或以上学历,信息技术相关专业(如计算机信息、网络工程、软件工程等);
2. 一年以上工作经历,熟悉软件开发、网络工程、机房、弱电、视频监控等知识者优先;
3. 具有较好的文档编制能力;
4. 较强的表达能力及与客户沟通能力,良好的分析问题和解决问题能力,良好的学习和创新能力;
5. 责任心强,具有敬业、团队合作精神;

岗位职责:
1.负责市场总监所属客户的合同执行及跟进工作。
2.制作客户档案,整理客户信息,并加以分析。
3.汇总工作计划,并以此督促销售人员的执行与进度。
4.具有较高的文档编写能力,协助团队制作合同、对外宣传资料、标书等。
5.对已接项目的执行情况进行了解掌握,执行满意度调查监督、客户投诉的处理监督等。
6.处理和协调团队的日常事务。
7.办公室日常事务的管理和监督。
岗位要求:
_ 本科或以上学历
_ cet-4或以上英文水平
_ 具有一年以上的客服经验
_ 能熟练运用office等办公软件
