第1篇 种子销售经理岗位职责

1、负责辖区内的政府项目与关系维护,销售渠道建设、渠道管理、渠道考核、渠道激励和各种商务活动的开展;

2、掌握本区域的市场、营销特点,不断扩大业务量和市场占有率;负责市场秩序、市场维护、信息的收集、整理、分析与反馈工作,负责售后服务关键事件的管理;

3、协助经销商组织策划商务活动,并有监督、指导、参与,对效果进行评估,做好产品的示范计划制定和落实示范推广工作;

4、参与本区域销售政策和方案的制定,制定本区域具体的销售计划,并认真加以实施,确保销售计划和销售目标的达成。

任职要求:

1、熟悉种子行业政策与法规、营销知识;

2、具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力,具有团队精神,能共同推动团队目标达成;

3、有政府采购项目经验优先,有粮改司,农牧厅资源者优先。

岗位职责:

该岗位人员主要负责所在区域的种子示范点建设、推广宣传、跟踪服务、促销订购等。90%工作于户外完成,较考验岗位人员的执行能力、沟通表达能力、应变能力和抗压能力,对从业人员思维筹划能力、专业技能方面要求较低。另,具体工作要开车下乡完成,要求工作者要熟练驾驶技术。促销订购环节涉及现金收取,要求工作者诚实守信,品行端正。

任职资格:

1、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;

2、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;

3、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力;

4、有团队协作精神,善于挑战;

5、乐于从事农资行业;

6、有驾驶证优先。

种子销售经理岗位职责

销售经理-农化种子 compiles annual sales plan & cost budgets and agrees with the regional sales manager/vp/director. communicates the plan to relevant teams and ensures it is on target through regular reviews.

to apply broad technical and commercial knowledge within the discipline to give direction to the sales network, to deliver the annual sales plan.

regular communication with and influencing of relevant sales network and e_ternal contacts within the designated market area/country, to manage the business in the assigned market area.

responsible for ma_imising sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and strategic plan.

integral part of the process which determines the strategy for the market areas for the ne_t 1-5 years.

manages the sales team through carrying out appraisals, and identifying training needs. in some locations this may include managing customer service employees.

manages territory priorities and makes decisions on the appropriate routes to the market. supports identification of new trends and markets. provides commercial guidance on product support and new product developments. e_pected to improve the efficiency of sales systems and procedures within own discipline.
