任职要求:

4、思维敏捷,具备较强的文字写作及演讲能力。

responsibilities:
sales of north team:
• coordinates with sales assistance in shanghai hq and works together on:
assist the sales managers/directors in north area with daily handling of travel ticket and hotel booking
• collect, check and transfer bills, checks, mailings for north sales team
• collect routine reports, including weekly plan, meeting memo, travel records, monthly focus, etc
• assist with crm information records
• support with customer communication and activities, including mailings to e_ternal customers, assisting in customer seminars, customer showroom test, etc.
• collect order commercial documents and save to public server
• collect kick-off documents and present in the meeting when sales manager is not available
• collect customer test film on time and deliver to muwo (multivac headquarter)
• support customers with visa/travel arrangement during the fat test
• assist sales directors to organize quarterly regional sales meeting, half-yearly national sales meeting and sales statistics report
• other tasks assigned by sales directors
beijing office:
• to provide administration services for the meeting room arrangement, visitor welcoming and registration in a polite and professional manner
• answer telephone inquiries and proactively forward to correspondent counterpart
• office vendor coordination and maintaining stationary
• building/ office management coordination
• support the organization of beijing office events
• accountable for the tidiness of the reception area and office
• support other business departments with administrative tasks, especially for the human resources department

requirements:
• bachelor degree, preferably administration or relevant majors
• 2+ years’ work e_perience in administration or assistant role
