第1篇 非标产线规划设计师岗位职责要求
职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、按客户需求进行数字化、自动化产线的项目调研、分析，提出可行性的技术方案；
2、负责设计方案评审、技术路线验证，出具可行性报告；
3、能具体负责车间内非标自动化设备产线的规划、设计；
4、结合公司整体能力，能带领团队完成自动化产线项目落地实施；
6、团队建设及人才培养。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机电工程、机械工程、自动化或材料等相关专业；
2、6年以上相关工作经验，最近的一份工作中至少2年以上相关工厂产线整体解决方案的工作经历；
3、有实际产线设计工作经验，包括非标自动化产线、传输线、装配线、包装线、焊接线等经验者为佳；
4、具有项目整体诊断、咨询、规划、方案设计的能力、技术总筹，同时具备自动化、信息化、数字化综合背景优先；
5、有工业机器人实际应用、非标自动化设备设计调试背景者优先。
6、承担过重大项目方案设计，有千万级项目经验者优先。
7、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、人际沟通、分析问题和解决问题能力；
8、具有团队建设经验。
第2篇 非标生产线设计岗位职责
1、负责非标涂装生产线机械设备及有关零部件的图纸设计、安装和调试运行;
2、负责对机械设备中存在的缺陷进行技术改造和调整,确保设备生产运作正常;
3、协助采购部寻找合适的设备、原材料及零部件供应商;
4、确认需要采购的金属和非金属材料的型号、规格、数量并提出相应的技术 要求;
5、指导生产车间的设备制作、安装及维修工作;
6、负责现场设备安装的测绘工作,并记录相关的测绘数据且进行分析;
7、负责涂装生产线的开发、设计、制作绘制产品装配图及零部件图,懂涂装工艺的成本预算;

第4篇 生产线设计岗位职责
pc生产线液压传动设计师 卫华集团 卫华集团有限公司,卫华集团,卫华 岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,机械制造等相关专业,2年以上pc生产线工作经验;
2、具备独立的设计能力,熟练掌握pc生产线的设计;
4、熟练运用autocad,solidworks、solidedge等软件。
