1、负责收发组件等微波射频系统和模块的设计策划、方案制定、论证和风险评估,提出研制各阶段工作内容、接口、目标、资源等要求,对设计策划、方案制定的准确性负责;

2、负责拟定收发组件等微波射频模块系统和模块的技术文件、物料采购清单、试制投产指令等,对文件的正确性、齐套性、可行性负责;

任职资格:

1、硕士以上学历,天线、有源微波等相关专业,具备本专业理论知识,具备较强的学习能力;

2、从事相关专业三年以上,具有微波射频器件/天线/系统设计经验,能够熟练使用电磁仿真软件;熟悉信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪等相关测试仪器仪表;

3、服从部门和团队同意领导,具备良好的沟通交流能力;

4、能适应快节奏、高强度的设计开发工作。
