职位描述:
main objectives :
e_ecuting design activities for product line “rail drive systems” in china
•design application engineering for new and e_isting products to support
•deviation management from engineering perspective
•serial support for the plant for engineering related issues
key responsibilities:
•responsible for local design of zf railway gearbo_es
•check and release of deviations in cooperation with german head quarter
•contributing to resolve quality problems at customer end and at zf
•providing on-site technical support for customers and zf plants to analyze product and part failures
•providing serial support for assembly, quality, purchasing, supplier development and service departments of the plant (e.g. for repair or failure analysis) from engineering point of view
•familiar with root cause analysis and reporting with 8d mothed
•support industrialization activities in china
•relationship management with technical department of important suppliers
•customer relationship management with technical departments at local manufacturer
requirements:
•minimum 3 years engineering e_perience, preferably related to railway gearbo_es
•e_perience in application engineer and/or failure management
•e_perience in product development projects (team member)
•e_perience in serial support activities (i.e. drawing changes, bom changes, deviation requests, change management)
•intercultural e_perience (germany)

•familiar with geometry dimension and tolerance include dimension stack up analysis
•deviation manager and change skill independently

•good communication and presentation skills also towards customer
•intercultural competencies (germany-china)
•willingness for business travel within china and to germany

responsibilities:
sales
1. responsible for sales management and sales development of own store.

1. manage healthy stock level and product mi_ to reflect sales and customer demands.
2. support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts.
3. ensure safety and good condition of products.
4. ensure stock and back up storage are effectively managed in an organized manner.
crm
1. acquire, build and maintain key customer relationship with follow up calls and activities to drive repeat visit and
build customer loyalty.
2. support the organization of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising & pr team.
3. ensure proper customer data acquisition and management on the it system.
requirements:
- college degree or above.
- five years related operation management e_perience in retail industry, familiar with operation pattern of retail
industry.
