会计师事务所审计助理岗位职责
职责描述:
1、参与执行各类型审计业务;
2、独立承担小型项目的审计工作;
3、负责编制审计业务工作底稿;
4、负责利用审计方法，帮助客户实现业务目标、增强管理能力和减少企业风险;
5、按照审计程序要求，通过团队协作完成审计工作底稿;
6、协助项目审计负责人做好审计资料整理归档工作。
任职要求:
教育培训:会计、财务相关专业大学本科以上学历。具有初级会计师等财务相关资格证书。
工作经验:2年以上事务所工作经验。熟悉国家财务政策、会计准则;精通审计、税务法律法规;熟悉行业以及公司经营范围、业务流程以及会计核算方法;了解相关经济法律政策;良好的沟通及书面表达能力。

1.act as the audit in-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit
2.work on other assurance engagements such as review， agreed-upon-procedure; internal audit， due-diligence， internal control
3.assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments
4.maintain regular communication with the line manager， partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement
requirements:
1.qualified accountant with at least 5 years audit e_perience with a major firm
2.appropriate professional qualification i.e. cicpa， acca or other equivalent is a must
3.high proficiency in english， both verbal and written
4.good client relationship management skills
5.good problem solving and decision making skills
