6、 熟练使用pads,ad等相关设计工具。
7、 有较强的焊接和动手能力。

-分析和调查问题:
审查“一级本地it帮助台”提供的故障报告,并评估最终用户报告的问题的有效性。
-进行技术根源分析:
在必要时(即不是使用培训问题或本地it硬件问题),对问题进行技术“深度挖掘”并找出根源。
-聘请三级技术团队:
必要时聘请来自不同应用和基础架构团队的相关技术专家,完成问题的移交。
-吸引终端用户并管理预期:
通过内部在线聊天、电子邮件和电话主动联系终端用户,确保正确理解他们的问题,并获取所有支持分析的可用信息。
-识别改进:
与其他支持分析师和技术专家合作开发工具和脚本以加速问题的分析,部署数据修复并实现变通方案。
-更新服务管理工具:
确保所有服务管理工具定期以正确的状态更新。

任职要求:
-大学本科学历,计算机或相关专业,至少5年在it helpdesk工作和为企业级it系统提供支持的经验,主要是在业务应用和集成层;
-开发或支持业务应用程序的经验(非支持局域网、pc支持、服务器等硬件网络设备层面);
-较强的分析和解决问题的能力,对技术根本原因进行分析,能够对复杂的应用和集成问题进行有条理的调查;
-具有一个或多个操作监控工具集的技术经验;
-在事故发生时,能够很好地与专家团队进行协调(国内外);
-对thermofisher公司的样品管理系统或其他lims产品有一定的了解和深刻的理解优先考虑;
-热情、有团队精神,能良好地适应时间管理和目标导向的工作环境;
-优秀的沟通(skype等聊天工具熟悉使用)和协调能力,优秀的英语运用能力(口语及书面)。

1.contribute to kol identification and maintaining a kol network for the selected applications with sales team
2.contribute to new products &solution ideas collections and screening for corporate product development
