岗位职责:

1、协助工程经理入伙前接管验收，发现问题及时提出报告汇总后交上级公司，以求得解决;

2、掌握设施和机电设备性能及完好情况，组织各工程师按时制定维修保养计划、措施，检查完成情况;

3、负责制定工程部的年度、月度工作计划并指导实施;

4、负责监管设施设备的维修，材料使用;

5、负责对工程技术人员的业务培训和考核工作;

7、负责组织技术人员、操作人员的培训与考核。

任职资格

1、机电、电气等相关专业大专及以上学历;

2、三年以上商场物业工程管理工作经验;

3、具备商业购物中心给排水、土建等专业知识;

4、责任心强，善于沟通，并能协调各部门关系，具有较强的组织管理能力。

ims综合管理系统工程师&内审主管 上海赛飞 上海赛飞航空线缆制造有限公司,上海赛飞,赛飞 main function responsibilities and activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

-coordinate the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes of the ims and ensure that the quality system conforms to the established company, international and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines / 协助 ims 系统程序的执行,维护以及改进,确保质量系统与知名公司,国际与政府间的标准与指导方针相一致

第3篇 工程综合装修班工作范围、岗位职责

(一)综合装修班工作范围:

1、负责家具、木器的修理和翻新;

2、负责墙纸、地毯、天花、玻璃等各种装修的修理;

3、负责墙壁、天花、金属结构的油漆翻新;

4、负责大理石、云石、瓷片饰面的修补;

5、负责土建结构方面渗漏水处理;

6、负责酒店各类门锁的安装和修理;

7、在力所能及的情况下,承担酒店部分装修改造工程和木器家具的制作或改造。

(二)综合装修工岗位职责:

1、遵守员工守则,严格执行各种规章制度;

2、服从派工安排,认真细致、保质按时完成工作任务。工作中发现问题及时请示报告;

3、热爱本职工作,努力学习技术,不断提高业务水平,做到一专多能;

4、严格遵守操作规程,正确处理各种机具,并做到勤保养、善保管;

5、遇有抢修任务时,积极参加抢修,未完成不得下班,如当时不能修复的工作要妥善处理,以确保酒店正常营业和酒店装修格调的完美;

6、树立强烈的酒店意识,文明施工,宾客至上。维修工作时,尽量不影响客人,公共场所施工设施工广告牌或加设围栏。自觉做好施工现场收尾工作,保持酒店的优美环境。
